A current compliance analyst at Louisville Metro's Office of Housing and recent graduate of Tech Louisville's Data Analysis program, Jenni is ready and excited to apply herself to the task of data management.

With ten years experience as a hairstylist, Jenni is well versed in communication, problem solving, and analytical thinking. She is a steady, meticulous worker who finds great satisfaction in a job well done.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY ENROLLMENT AND SURVEY DATA
Using the Enrollment and Survey data provided from the General assembly programs, I started with demographics-who is taking these classes and who is completing them. Next, I looked at participation-where are the students coming from and what's getting them here? Lastly, what can I learn about the students who did not complete their programs-what are their career backgrounds and education levels?

Using data provided by Jefferson County Public Schools, I set out to answer one very specific question: Did the enrollment of Black students in the Free/Reduced lunch program increase or decrease from 2020 to 2021 in the ten schools with the highest enrollment?
